LDAP Authentication problem with Fortigate 100D firmware 5.2.2

Hi,

I have tried to implement LDAP Authentication , right now I'm able to  add LDAP servers and I can test successful.

I'm able to fetch DN and see the users from AD server.

But right now i'm facing with problem, it seem like it can fetch DN (When I press 'fetch DN' button I'm able to see user and group) but cannot queries. Do you know why ?
