ldap authentication fortigate

hello everyone please advise  I am currently working on a project I have integrated Active directory into the FortiGate ( 60D) and created different user groups to which I had implemented object and policies restricting access to some sites  however this is not working when new users are added to the active directory from a remote location which is connected via domain server

please advise
