Latest forticlient failed to connect

HI!!!

The latest client VPN (forticlient 5.4.2.0860) failed and only say error -12. Only work Portal VPN for now.

Some idea why or how to fix?

Hi!! i have some test and previous version from forticlient work fine and android version too.

The fortigate have latest version 5.3

have some idea why failed?

Into the fortigate the user dont show nothing when failed, but put the incorrect format for user like user@domain showme this ino the logs.

What is FortiOS version?

Can you enable debug level log and reproduce?

-12 error seems to be the returned XML from FortiGate has wrong format.

yes i can, but how and whats do you need to paste here. -12 error seems to be the returned XML from FortiGate has wrong format.

This error only happend with latest fortigate, with previous version work fine.

Could it be the FortiGate was in a wrong state, then later it recovered?
