LACP pass through Fortigate transparent mode

Hi

Fortigate cluster in transparent mode. Fortigate is connected to Cisco VSS switches.

Cisco VSS Core == FGT == Cisco VSS distribution

Cisco switch at both end configured to form L3 etherchannel for OSPF configuration. Has anyone succeeded to pass LACP frames through Fortigate transparent mode?
