Keep original received time when mail is released

Hi Everyone,

 

I have a fortimail configured in "Gateway Mode" with 2 Exchange servers.

Is there a way to keep the original received date when a mail is quarantined and then released ?

    Hi

    all released emails remain in quarantine->released user folder in original format.  Maybe it helps you

    Dear Abelio,

     

    Thanks for your answer.

    In my case, when user release an email from the quarantine, it appear in the mailbox's Inbox with the hour / date when the user has released the email, not when the email was received by the fortimail. Best regards

    it sounds correct;

    If you need the original datetime, look inside "Received" headers.
