Is this a problem with a non-Fortinet software? (what is the problem, why do you think this is something related to the FortiGate?)

or a guide for how to set it up? (in which case, thank you - but I don't see any clear setup instructions). For this case, maybe you can ask for support from the "IT Glue" representatives
