Issue with On/Off fabric detection

Hi,

We’ve been using the On/Off Fabric feature for our FortiClient users without any issues. However, since updating the FortiClient app to version 7.2.12.1269, the app no longer correctly identifies devices that are on fabric—it now shows all devices as off fabric as.

We’re using Public IP as the detection rule.

Please advise if there’s a known issue with this version or if any configuration changes are required.

Yes it does, it shows our Public IP there, but still showing Off-Fabric

Same issue here, fixed by reboot or unplug/replug network cable. Also using Public IP.

Hello

Can you try delete and rebuild the fabric detection rule?

In case it doesn't help then as part of troubleshooting try delete the rule and rebuild another one, but this time based on other information (e.g.: client IP range), just to try understand where the issue is located.

I added Internal IP range too, now monitoring to see how it goes.
