Issue with FortiEMS Upgrade and Access Post Upgrade

We received a notification last Friday regarding the need to upgrade our FortiEMS system. As per the schedule, we initiated the upgrade on Saturday at 1:00 AM.

However, since Monday, we have been unable to access FortiEMS. The system continuously displays an "upgrade in progress" status, and refreshing the browser every 10 minutes has not resolved the issue.

Try a manual install through cli.

We are having the exact same issue. I logged into EMS today and it said I needed to reauthorise with FortiCloud. I did and then this message won't go away

We are upgrading your EMS...
Please refresh your browser after 10 minutes from now

It never goes away so I cannot access EMS anymore.

Why have this scheduled update if it is only going to break the server?

How can this be fixed so I can use EMS again?

Trying to upgrade EMS to 7.2.15 GA from Current 7.2.12 build 1251. Server is a VM. Upgrade stalls at 50% in the GUI. Had to revert to the pre upgrade snapshot to get EMS back online. Any ideas?
