Issue with FG-60F

Hello

 

We have one faulty  FG-60F that is still in guarantee. We wanted to get replaced but it looks like we need t complete HQIP first. But whne I tried to download test software from the page this appeared

I was not able to to find anything about those  "built-in FortiOS hardware diagnostic commands" . Could you please help me.

Hello,

In order to run a full hqip test you can use the command:

 

di hardware test suite

 

make sure that you will cable the interfaces following the instructions in  the beginning of the test

Thank you very much for your reply. May I ask you one more question I checked the guide but requires the  device to actually boot and let me get to the CLI but my device does not get that far.

Did you try with console port?

Is there any output there when the device is trying to boot?
