Issue Adding More Than Two SSIDs on the Same Radio

Hello,

I'm experiencing a limitation with my FortiAP 231F. I’m unable to add more than two SSIDs on the same radio (either 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz).
Is this a restriction due to the current configuration, licensing, or a hardware limitation of the FortiAP 231F model?
What is the maximum number of SSIDs supported per radio on the FortiAP 231F?

Hi

Can you share a screenshot of the error message?

I don't get an error message, but I'm experiencing an issue with SSID visibility.
I currently have 2 SSIDs on the 2.4 GHz band and 2 SSIDs on the 5 GHz band. When I try to add a new SSID, it does not appear to clients, unless I delete an existing SSID. It seems like there's a limit on the number of SSIDs per radio.

Could someone confirm if there's a maximum number of SSIDs supported per band for the FortiAP 231F?

Thanks in advance.

According to the datasheet the FAP 231F supports 16 SSIDs per radio.

If you share the configuration screenshot (SSIDs and AP profile) and the firmware version of both AP and FGT then we may be able to help.
