ISP gateway not showing in Tracert

getting request time out isp gateway & traffic gets forward to next-hop my question is there any we can hide that or make anything that it shows request timeout. ping is working fine to ISP gateway We have Vdom in firewall on other VDOM tracers show ISP gateway Please let me know if anyone has any information regarding it. I'm a little confused by your message. Are you having trouble forwarding traffic or just not seeing one of the hops in the traceroute?

The latter is relatively common as anyone can configure their network device not to respond to PING or TRACEROUTE and can do so individually since they require different ICMP responses (ECHO REPLY vs TIME EXCEEDED).
