Is it possible to avoid NAT slider to be enabled by default in new policy ?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to avoid having the NAT slider set on Enabled everytime I create a new policy ?

Most of my rules wont need NAT.

Isn't that enabled only if the role is "WAN"?
