Is IPS/IDS working in a Proxy-mode VDOM?

I'm running FortiOS v5.6.7 build1653 (GA) on a 500E and I wonder if is IPS/IDS working on a Proxy-mode VDOM.

 

I have all policies with a IPS profiles that includes all signatures in monitor/log mode, but I have no IPS/IDS matches!

 

How is that possible?

    Hello,

     

    IPS works for explicit proxy policies/firewall policies (proxy inspection mode). In case IPS signature is not triggered log entry will not be created.
