is FortiGate Cloud portal down now ?

I can access the login page just fine.

I did see in another forum thread that a user mentioned they couldn't access docs.fortinet.com roughly at the same time as you posted here (and I can access docs.fortinet.com as well).

I'm not aware of an outage that might have happened then, but if there was anything, it seems like access is restored.

Same here. Cannot access https://login.forticloud.com neither https://fortiguard.com.

SD WAN Performance SLA shows fortiguard.com down on all WAN interfaces. All other sites are reachable without any issues.
