IS Forticlint is free if i want to use it for VPN always up, and auto connect?

IS Forticlint is free if i want to use it fior VPN always connect, and auto connect?

i need to use this feature of always up, and auto connect when i use my VPN to my fortigate, but i noticed that the forticlient 6.4.x this feature is not there and need to use version 6.0.0 

And this is not free, but i don't want the other features of the forticlint, just need the VPN client !

Any suggestion
