IPsec VPN with FortiClient WAN2 not working

Hello everybody, I need help in FGT90D, I followed all the instructions to configure the VPN with FortiClient: [link]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5MIrgkFcuW0[/link] But, isn't working. I really do not know how to Troubleshooting it. A while back was working, but with WAN1. I removed all the configurations of this one and I am trying to configure it on WAN2. By now it's used Spillover between WAN1(Threshold 5) and WAN2(Threshold 5), and the FortiOS version is v5.2.4,build688. I know there is something wrong, because the status of this VPN is "Inactive" and not is displayed on VPN Monitor.
