IPsec VPN with certificate

Hi, i have problem with IPsec VPN with and authenticate method "Signature". I think that something is wrong with the certificate, because the certificate without running vpn.

It can be used where the certificate is used for SSL VPN?

Would anyone have a tutorial on how to make IPSec VPN with certificates?
