IPSEC VPN tunnel

Hi there,

I have an issue with an IPsec vpn sometimes it work and sometimes not.

I have 2 users, sometimes one user is unable to receive trafic and sometimes both are unable to receive trafic

The configuration is the same, here are two screenshot frome the same VPN and diffrent workstation

Did you configure a firewall policy?

Is the traffic hitting the proper firewall policy?

Please can you provide us with the Forward logs?

Log & Report > Forward Traffic (try to reproduce the issue with the specific user IPs)

Sure,I have a configured policy the problem is that the same user can connect from a workstation but not from another

there is only one VPN and the traffic is hitting the proper policy

Both devices are the same?
For e.g both are windows 10 with the same version of FCT?
