IPSec VPN fails to connect on remote PC

All, I really need a sanity check.  I have a 40C unit in the office configured for IPsec VPN via FortiClient.  The VPN connects properly from all computers except 1.  I continue to get the same error when the remote PC tries to connect about delete phase 1.  I even went as far to backup the config file on a working PC and restore it to the PC in question to ensure that I had the correct settings in place and it still continues to fail.  In all honesty, I'm stumped.  Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.  I can provide logs etc if given the proper syntax.
