Ipsec Tunnel in Fortiwifi-60E with wan-load-balance

Hello,im trying to make a ipsec tunnel in a FORTIWIFI-60E, that is working with two internet connections, with "wan-load-balance" on. In the dasboard, the tunnel is with the green arrow up, but the delegation on the other side, cant make traffic. They can ping my gateway, but they say that cant send and and receive information trougth the VPN. Can anybody tell me if thats because i have the two internet connections (wan1 and wan2) with load balance? If its incompatible?
