IPSEC Site to Site From FortiGate 80F to Sophos UTM9

It is hard to define which configuration is correct or wrong.

In case the tunnel doesn't come up you may consider to collect ike debug traces by running the commands below:

diagnose debug application ike -1
diagnose debug enable

check for debugging in the application, such as -1 check for debugging

Without configurations from the remote peer, we can't say whether the configurations on FGT are correct or not.

1) You have to match the settings in phase1 and phase2 between FortiGate 80F and Sophos UTM9

2) If all settings are matched, but tunnel is not up, please make sure that the FGT is the responder and run the IKE debug on FGT.
