IPsec IKEv2+MSCHAPv2 client

Hello, I have question about capabilities of FortiGate VPN configuration.

The other side of IPsec VPN is configured with IKEv2, certificate and user authentication via MSCHAPv2. For example like this: kb.fortinet.com/kb/documentLink.do?externalID=FD38854 Can be FortiGate configured to connect to such a VPN? Specifically with IPsec IKEv2 + MSCHAPv2 client authentification + validating other site certificate. The other side is not under my control and i can't change their configuration. I only have user account and CA certificate.
