IP SEC Vpn Issue

Dear ,

Kindly i need help in issue i got in my network 

We had Vdom from our ISP and we got an cloud datacenter 

We got Palo alto on cloud center , so we establish Site 2 Site Ip Sec VPN with Vdom & Palo Alto

Link is up and running , but sometimes we had a packet loss

i tried to use this command to find any error on the link

As appear on the command result we had 15 error in TXE , so what is the cause of it ?
