IOS Dial up ipsec VPN security polices for different user groups

Hi, I have configured Dial Up VPN for IOS devices with LDAP authentication. In the VPN configuration I can only define one LDAP group. So if I want to set different policies for different LDAP groups, do i need to create a different Dial UP VPN for each group? Is this possible?

In SSL VPN, I can allow different groups and use policies to filter which traffic is allowed for each group
