IOS devices disconnect from ssid

IOS devices are disconnecting from the wifi network created with FortiAP

have any more settings to do?

follows the configuration made on the SSID:

  edit "ssid_eg-guest"

        set ssid "eg-guest"

        set security captive-portal

        set selected-usergroups "grp_auth_eg-guest"

        set security-exempt-list "ssid_eg_guest-exempt-list"

        set security-redirect-url "www.google.com.br"

        set schedule "always"

        unset broadcast-suppression

        set quarantine disable
