Internet Speed issue

Good Day to all.. we have upgraded our 2 internet line from 100 mbps to 250 mbps but while checking after the firewall the speed is only same earlier 100 mbps. Both the lines are connected to the Fortigate 300D. If we direct check the line its showing above 250 MBps Do any one have idea how  increase the bandwidth in Fortigate
