internet not working for 2 computers

Hello everyone,

i am running firmware 5.2.8

 

I have a strange thing, admin computer and another computer they can not access the Internet through the FortiGate I have about 100 pcs work well, I've tried to use my account from another computer is already can I access the Internet

Note: i am using FSSO to allow users internet.

 

What should to check to solve this isse?

any insight will be appreciate

    Hi there,

    So you used different accounts and still does not work? Meaning all accounts are not working on those two computers?

    Are the machines on the domain?

    yes all the accounts not working in this 2 machine but now become more than 10 machine not working.

     

    yes , machines member of domain.
