Internet connection lost during VPN IPsec connecting by FortiClient

when connect to FortiClient by laptop we lost the internet connection during VPN connecting (IPsec VPN), but when we use a mobile we don't lose the internet. How can we keep the internet connected using the laptop?

note that the default route exist, the ping to 8.8.8.8 stopped even the default route exist

the problem was from the FortiClient app, install the new free VPN version and problem resolved

is the IPsec VPN configured as split or is it full ?

does the VPN connect but there's no traffic or doesnt connect at all?

if its connected, any other kind of non-internet traffic work ?

Hi

Are you using IPSEC VPN with split tunnel or full tunnel? Could you please share the IPsec configuration and corresponding firewall policies?
