Internal port is grayed out in VDOM transparent mode

Hi All,

I'm new in fortigate firewall device. I have just bought a new FT firewall and configuring VDOM

But Internal port is grayed out in VDOM, in Global VDOM the port is normal

 

1: below is Internal6 and Internal7 status in Global

2: But in VDOM created by user, the Internal6 and Internal7 is grayed out

Is there anyone who has experienced this problem, please support me

                      Welcome to Fortinet community and Thank you for your post. Hopefully, you've been keeping safe and doing well!

 

Manually it is expected that the interfaces are assigned to the VDOM's as per the network design. Can you make sure if the respective ports are moved to specific VDOM that is in question?

If not please follow the below article which speaks on how to assign interfaces to the VDOM.
