Internal Clients --> Dial up IPSec VPN

Dial Up IP Sec VPN using SAML authentication and Entra ID as IdP.

External clients can connect to the VPN just fine.

Internal clients cannot connect to the VPN.

has anyone successfully setup IPSec VPN for internal clients?
