Intermittent packet loss in IPSEC VPN tunnel

Facing intermittent packet loss in IPSEC VPN.

Have checked bandwidth, Firewall Utilization & it was fine. The current version is 6.4.9.

Kindly share any suggestion for resolving the issue.
