Integrating Fortigate - FortiWifi with Cisco ISE

Has anyone setup a Fortigate to do radius authentication for FortiWifi and administration access with Cisco ISE. If so, what was the process. We can see the Fortigate passing the authentication request to ISE. Our ISE logs are stating that the radius profile is no good. Do you know what attributes we need to put into ISE to make this work?
