Installing SSL certificates to connected Forticlients in FortiOS6.0.5

I'm trying to work out if I can push SSL certificates to clients using Forticlient compliance.

I see a few articles that describe how to do it in FortiOS5.4 and EMS but nothing in FortiOS6.0. Has this feature been moved from FortiOS to EMS?
