Increase/Change FortiToken Activation Code Expiration?

Is there a way to increase the FortiToken Activation time from 1 hour to let's say to expire in 24 hours? We have many users that we end up sending out the email to them to setup the FortiToken App, and then they will miss the email due to a meeting or something else. Just hoping there is a way to increase the expiration time.

    Hi RegionRat,

    first I guess you are talking about FortiToken Mobile product (other tokens do not have activation timer).

    So I will describe situation for mobile tokens.

     

    I haven't found activation timer settings on FortiOS, but there is the option to re-send the code to the user. Just navigate to user properties and click the button next to the token.
