Incident Notification Policy and Email Template
Hello,
I'd like to know if it is possible to send only emails with the value NEW in the field $status (which you include in the Incident Email Template) whenever there's a new incident. I can see in the Incident Notification Policy that you can select to NOT notify when an incident is cleared automatically, cleared by system or cleared manually but there's no option to NOT notify when there's an UPDATE.
