Inbound traffic failover with dual wan link

Is there any way i can failover the inbound traffic from ISP A to ISP B for DMZ server? as attached diagram.

    No. ISP B never routes your server's ISP A's public IPs toward the link connected to your FGT even if the packets somehow came to ISP B. ISP B instead routes them toward ISP A through their Internet transit connections.
