Import backup between 60E and 600E

Hi,

We're soon to be setting up a new office in a different country, we purchased a pair of 600E devices for that location.

In my lab I have a pair of 60E devices, is it possible to create a partial setup (policy, routes etc) on the 60E cluster and then import it on a 600E cluster?

 

I realize that the interfaces present on each device are totally different so fixes would need to be made for that....

    yeah you would probably need to fix interfaces etc. But yes you could take any part of your backup (at least if you create an unencrypted one), fix it and then paste it into the 600E either n cli or import it as script in Gui.

    I did that various times when I needed to migrate configs between different models.
