Im using FORTISIEM, but I'm not able to reset my password.

Hello 

 

I'm using FORTISIEM, but I can't reset my password because it says error undefined. I tried multiple passwords and received the same error. Please assist.

++Hope you are following the steps mentioned in the below link to reset the FortiSIEM password ?

++Have you also tried by clearing the cache and attempting to login again. Please try to perform the steps below?

1. Create a user.
2. Login as the user.
3. Clear the cache after observing the "undefined" message.
4. Login as the user again.
