ILL Termination on WAN port of Firewall

I have Forticlient 6.4.3 , I want to terminate Primary and secondary ISP on WAN port of Fortigate

one is from (Primary) Spectranet (119.82.xx.xx ) and is from (Secondary) Tatatele (14.97.xx.xx)  

 

Please guide .
