ikev2 and iOS 9

Hi All,

Since iOS 8, one can make an 'always on' vpn on an iOS device.  This allows the tunnel to remain active even when the device is in sleep mode.

This only works with an ike v2 vpn with a remote ID and local ID.

Anyone have a configuration example for the fortigate ?  Cannot find anything in the cookbook.
