I have a policy where i have permit All->all->any I am going through this policy, but when I have turn UTM with Protocol Options under this policy. I am unable to connect to iCloud service like sync Email, Notes, contacts and so on. It' s really frustrated, don' t know why it is happened? Do you have any advice for me?

Hi Hafan. Welcome to the forums. What firmware is your fgt device running and what other UTM features are enabled on your firewall policy? For iCloud, you should be able to allow it through via an Application control sensor.

Hi hafan, As Dave points out, we really need more information before being able to help. First, there is no such thing as " general UTM" . There are many different ways it can be configured and if misconfigured it will cause issues. Certain things like SSL decryption if misconfigured can totally cause the symptoms you are describing. Honestly for the fastest fix I would recommend you open a TAC case, and provide them with a config backup as well as a diag debug report / exe tac report. You may also do a packet capture when the problem is happening. I am confident they will be able to get your issue resolved. Cheers!
