IBM Trusteer Rapport with error (-20199) on FortiClient

After installing IBM Trusteer Rapport the vpn stopped connecting and generates the error:

Unable to establish the VPN connection. The VPN server may be unreachable. (-20199)

Has anyone had this problem or suggestion. THANKS

    Hello, I have the same problem.

    When I stopped the Rapport Management Service, I established the VPN connection.

     

    Unfortunatelly, I do not have any suggestion to solve this error.
