Hi,

According to the study guide for FortiGate 7.4 Operator page 20, 

 

the need to control application traffic is becoming increasingly relevant within peer-to-peer architecture wherein many servers need to send traffic using dynamic ports, such as BitTorrent.

 

based on that, i would say that the correct answer would be B .
