I can't see the policy in Forti Manager

Fortigate 5.6 Fortimanager 5.6.8 Lower version but in use 
I've been using it well for over five years, but suddenly I can't see the policy 
Reboot / fmg 5.6.11 patch / db check and it only loads 
Have you ever seen cases like this?
