I am not seeing the option to monitor my activities .
Hello Expert,
The monitor section is not visible on my fortigate.
I am trying to monitor my ipsec traffic do not see the Monitor options.

It's moved under Dashbord monitor section. Click the '+' (Add Monitor) icon in the menu at the bottom of Dashboard section. Then you can find it under Network->IPsec.
Or, you can add it as a gadget to Dashbord itself explained below:
