Huawei E3372-153: Debug ok but wwan interface is down

I have a FGT60D running 6.0.3.

I have connected a Huawei E3372h-153 for failower WAN.

"diag test app lted xx" indicate no error, but wwan interface is down and I am not able to go online with the stick.

What could be my problem?

I still have problem with this E3372h-153

In the meanwhile the FGT60D is upgraded to 6.0.5.

In this article it write about a menu-option "Network-Modem"; I cant find this option; neither under "Global" or in current VDOM.
