How to whitelist custom service?

There are "Policy violation" traffic with UDP/17500 in my log. I added Dropbox Lan Sync UDP 17500 in Policy & Object->Service then now it shows up as "Dropbox Lan Sync" correctly. How can I unblock these traffic?
