How to upgrade FortiOS from 5.6.10 to 6.0.18?

My current version of FG-60E is 5.6.10

how can I upgrade this to 7.4.11?

there is no path of 5.6.10~6.0.18

And, if your 60E’s support has been expired before May 2023 (release date of 7.4.0), never upgrade it beyond 7.4.8. You wouldn’t be able to login if you do.

7.4.9 made the support license enforcement more strict. As long as you have a valid support, upgrading a 60E to 7.4.x shouldn’t pose any problems. By the way, I recommend you upgrade it to the latest 7.4.12. I don’t see any reason to stop at 7.4.11. Also as you probably know already the 60E will be End of Support/Life Oct, this year.
