How to Transfer Files through SSL VPN

I have my SSL VPN setup and configured. How do I transfer a file from my PC to the server via the web interface & and the FortiClient SSL VPN? If I run tsclient from the server once I connect via RDP it doesn' t display my local hard drive on the pc that I' m connecting to the server from Can someone help please.

    If you use RDP to connect to the server, why not just configure RDP to connect drivers or just use an internet file transfer such as getdropbox.com or you send it and then download the file.
