How to take Meru Wifi Controller Backup.

Kindly help me to take Meru Wifi controller full backup. its running in 8.0 version.

Hi Arun,

I've found a lot of the FortiWLC-SD commands are similar to the meru commands.

In the FortiWLC-SD, you backup the full WLC from the configure terminal using the sysconfig backup command.

Once the backup has completed, you can SFTP the backup image off the WLC.

configure terminal encryptdecrypt-key-for-config-files <yourpassword> (may not be required for meru)

sysconfig backup

end

copy <file_name>.enc s[link]ftp://<user>@<serverIP>/[/link]
